Despite the modern equipment we use at our facilities, painting your hub caps black is easy to perform in your own garage, it just takes a little bit of time and patience and of course, the right kind of paint and a few items you probably already have in your home.
After you wash and thoroughly dry your wheel cover or center caps, its simple! Basically, you rub the steel wool over the surface of the hub cap a little bit, just enough to remove any fine scratches (be sure NOT to remove any of the existing paint). After that, just spray paint the hubcap black, skip the clear coat and you're done!
