🥔 Potato Substitute Test - Chayote Squash - Raw, Chips, and Baked

In this video, Courtney joins me as I continue my quest for keto substitutes for potatoes by trying out chayote squash.  Besides having numerous health benefits, a single chayote squash has only 4-5g of net carbs.

For the baked chayote:
- Slice the squash approximately 1/4" thick and coat with oil
- Place slices on a baking sheet (I used a wire rack as well) and season with either a sweet or savory seasoning of your choice.
- Bake on the middle rack for 45 minutes at 325F, rotating the baking sheet halfway through.
- Broil the chayote on low for 5 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 3-4 minutes before eating.
