This is video footage of President Clinton attending the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner. This footage is official public record produced by the White House Television (WHTV) crew, provided by the Clinton Presidential Library.
As this is raw footage shot by WHTV, portions of the event were not picked up due to the videographer having to pan in various directions. Where applicable, attempts were made to display stills or show video in the best possible manner. Additionally, excessive ambience from the attendees drowns out portions of the audio. Our apologies that not all instances displayed on the monitors and remarks via the speakers at the event could be made available in this recording.
