Vintage Theater Underwater Stage Scene In 3D

This tutorial shows you how I made my 3D theater scene piece based off of the theater and turn of the century silent films era. I am using watercolor paper for all of the pieces and padded  double sided tape, hot glue and Mod Podge for mounting the pieces. For the color I am using colored pencils and watercolors.
