Rudhramadevi Tamil Movie features Anushka Shetty, Allu Arjun, Rana Daggubati and Prakash Raj in the lead roles. Directed by Gunasekhar, the music is by Ilaiyaraaja. The film was originally made in Telugu and was also dubbed in Hindi and Malayalam.
Rudhramadevi is about all about Kakatiya queen Rudramadevi. Ganapathi Deva (Krishnam Raju) rules Kakatiya dynasty. His wife gives birth to a baby girl Rudramadevi (Anushka). In order to escape from their enemies and to save their kingdom, Ganapathi Deva and Sivadevayyar (Prakash Raj) announces Rudramadevi as Rudradeva. Rudramadevi grows up like a warrior by keeping her identity in disguise. What happens when her enemies reveal her identity forms the crux of the story.
