Participants' Impressions of SPAFA's Post-IPPA22 Excursion

From 13-16 November 2022, SEAMEO SPAFA organized an excursion post-IPPA 2022, which was held at the Le Méridien Marriott, Chiang Mai, Thailand from 7-12 November 2022. The excursion took 20 participants by bus from Chiang Mai to Bangkok, stopping by at 7 provinces along the way and visiting various archaeological and cultural sites with experts as guides.

Participants were from all around the world: Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and the UK. Some had been to Thailand before whilst most had not. And while most of them were involved in the field of archaeology, their favourite parts of the SPAFA Post-IPPA 2022 excursion varied.
