Achieving Success at Ironman African Championship 2024

The journey to the 2024 Ironman African Championship was very different from last year, having moved to East London I took a shuttle for  the 300km ride to the Iron City, We went straight to work with a Radio Show, The Corporate Challenge and Bike Check in, Race day was massive, Slot Allocation, another Radio Show and then Awards.  Its fair to say it was a busy weekend. What a privilege to be a part of this team and this event. Thank you to the Ironman Team, to Paul, Dayne. Storm, Sipho and the whole crew, thank you. Here is how my weekend went down...
