What does a typical day look like for a Behavioral Scientist?

1. Consulting: Our day-to-day consulting work helps companies get to the core of their users' psychologies and do hands-on product management, applying behavioral science principles to diverse fields. From general advisory sessions to classic behavioral diagnoses with recommended solutions, much of our daily work helps organizations with problems they need to solve.

2. Training: Irrational Labs' courses have live lectures, advisory, and one-on-one workshopping. We also do custom workshops for companies, with courses adjusted to the problem at hand and learn-by-doing sessions for employees.

3. Research: We do rigorous research, conducting RCT trials, collecting user behavior data and measuring the efficacy of our interventions to validate any proposed design solutions.
