White Mutton Biryani | Sufiyani Mutton Biryani | Malai Mutton Boti Biryani | सफेद मटन बिरयानी

Ingredients:
1 kg Mutton
2 tsp salt
3 tsp ginger garlic paste
5 tsp crushed green chilies
1 lemon juice
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1tsp coriander seeds powder

1/2 cup oil
4 onions chopped
1/2 tsp pepper corns
6 cloves
1 star Anise
1/4  Mace blade
1 black cardamom
2 inch cinnamon stick
6 green cardamom

3 tbs cashew paste
1/4 cup fresh cream

800 grams rice
2 bay leaves
1 tsp pepper corns
6 green cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
3 to 4 green chilies
1 tbsp. Clarified butter
3 tsp salt
1'2 lemon juice
1/2 cup milk

Chopped mint and coriander leaves as requred
Fried Onion as required
Kewra water - 1 tsp
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
