Recipe for drawing butter:
Ingredients:
250g butter
25g of flour
Recipe dough:
Ingredients:
250 g flour
150g of water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
20 g butter (soft)
_Preparation_ french version
1. Prepare the drawing butter. Cut butter roughly and knead with flour into a dough, shape and chill.
2. Prepare dough: Knead all ingredients to a dough and chill.
3. Roll out the drawing butter (in foil) thinly, put in the dough and close the butter.
4. Cool for 20-30 minutes.
5. Roll out dough and do a simple tour. See video.
6. Cool for 20-30 minutes.
7. Roll out dough and do a double tour. See video.
8. Cool for 20-30 minutes.
9. Roll out the dough and do an easy tour. See video.
10. Cool for 20-30 minutes.
11. Roll out dough and do a double tour. See video.
12. Cool dough, freeze and use later, or roll out and bake.
