British Blueberry Bakewell Cake How do you make it?

✎ Ingredients
Unsalted butter 84g, softened at room temperature
Sugar 84g, can also use brown sugar or white sugar
Whole egg 68g, room temperature, beaten
Almond flour 84g
Cake flour 80g
Baking powder 3g
Rum 5g
Fresh blueberries 150g, washed and dried
17g sliced almonds
Powdered sugar (for decoration)

✎ Directions
1. Using a movable baking mold, spread a little softened butter on the bottom of the mold and line it with baking paper.
2. Sift the flour and baking powder together and mix well after sifting, set aside
3. Sift the almond flour together and set aside.
4. Using a handheld mixer, beat the softened cream at room temperature for about two minutes on medium speed until puffed and white.
5. Add sugar and beat at medium speed for about two minutes to mix well.
6. Pour in the rum and mix until well blended.
7. Add the egg mixture in two batches, mixing well at medium speed each time.
8. Add the flour in 2-3 batches and mix at the lowest speed until no dry flour can be seen.
9. Add the almond flour and mix well at the lowest speed.
10. Spoon half of the batter into the baking mold, spread it flat, and then evenly top with fresh blueberries.
11. Cover the remaining batter with blueberries, smooth out, and sprinkle with almond slices.
12. Preheat oven to 180C and bake for 55 minutes or until the top is golden brown and not sticky when inserted with a bamboo stick.
13. Cool on a cooling rack for 15 minutes before unmolding, then cool thoroughly before wrapping in plastic wrap and refrigerating in an airtight container.
