Can you spare a dollar?
Can you spare a dollar? In this video I show how to fold an Attacking Cobra Pop-up card from a US one-dollar bill. The US Dollar is of the dimension 3X7. You can use a 1X3 rectangle and skip the first step (don't fold in the border).
