Add margins in your plans
Add margins in your plans with Microsoft Projet. By some aspects, a project can not guarantee that it will happen as planned. Unexpected things can happen. Some examples:
One of your important resource gets promoted and can’t continue on the project and you need to add time that the new team member adapts to the project.
The team estimated that 2 servers would be enough, but once they do the first test they see that they need 2 more servers to perform tests by the users, that do not interfere with their own tests and development.
We understand that It’s important to have margins, float or slack in a project before you start it. In this tutorial we discuss this subject and review how to insert them in your project.
