Joint Locations & Functions: Knee, Shoulder, Elbow and more!

In this video we will go over the different joints, their functions and locations, starting with the knee.  
The knee joint is an example of synovial hinge joint. Since we are so accustomed to using our knees, we seldom acknowledge that it is because of the joints that our knees can perform a number of functions such as allowing you to walk efficiently, easing tension on the muscles even when you are standing straight, lowering and raising the body, twisting the legs, and acting as a shock absorber.
