Boston Consulting Group - BCG Matrix

The growth–share framework (otherwise known as the item portfolio matrix, or Boston Box, or BCG-grid, or Boston network, Boston Consulting Group examination, or portfolio outline) is a diagram that was made by Bruce D. Henderson for the Boston Consulting Group in 1970 to help companies to investigate their specialty units, that is, their product offerings. This helps the organization apportion assets and is utilized as an explanatory device in brand advertising, item administration, key administration, and portfolio investigation.
