Are you looking for an affordable rural Montana town to buy some real estate? If you just said yes, congratulations, you landed on the right video. We have been doing a series of videos about great rural towns in the US.
Since that series started I have gotten a lot of requests for affordable rural towns as well.
The problem is when a place is considered great, it also tends to be expensive. That is how the world is when something is good and most people want it it is expensive. Sort of like how a Calvin Klien Tuxedo goes for around 5 or 600, and a Short Sleeve Polyester Business Suit from Target is 40 bucks.
Today we are looking at affordable rural towns in Montana and why they are so cheap. There is always a reason.
As an added bonus I will tell you about some government programs that will help you buy some rural real estate. One of the programs can help you even if you have a really low income.
