Create Windows 11 Installation Media That Bypasses the TPM Check on Installation

Windows 11 requires your computer
Windows 11 requires your computer to have a TPM (Trusted Platform Module) otherwise it will not allow you to install Windows. There is a way to get by this requirement using a registry hack, but you can also create some Windows 11 installation media such as an ISO file or bootable flash drive that will bypass the TPM check and allow you to install Windows 11 without failing.
Some virtualization platforms like Oracle VirtualBox don't have a virtual TPM so this is a good way to create a Windows 11 virtual machine. VMware Workstation on the other hand does have a virtual TPM option so you can create a Windows 11 VM "normally".
