Jeep Cherokee XJ, rough idling issues and idle air control valve change (more idle issues)

UPDATE: HIGH IDLING IS A VACCUUM LEAK ISSUE GONNA BE TRACKING THIS DOWN TO FIX THIS.
my non expert video of changing your IAC valve. this can be done when cleaning your valve has not fixed your idle issue.
