How To Load an MG34/42 Drum Magazine

Tutorial video on how to load a a 50 round 'Gurttrommel' drum magazine for the German MG34 and MG42 Machine guns. This was the most common type of drum magazine used on the MG42 machine gun. There were several types of mounted ammunition containers (Drum Magazines) developed before and during the war for the MG34/42 family, but only the 50 round drum saw extensive use with the MG42. Most of the alternate feed options had been dropped by the time of it's introduction.
