✯ The ingredients:

- Eggs: 156g
- Lemon (zest): 1
- Vanilla extract: 6 drops
- Trimoline: 25g
- Sugar: 140g
- Salt: 2g
- Almond powder: 20g
- Cake flour: 140g
- Baking powder: 5g
- Melted butter: 130g

✯ Mold used: Flexipan Madeleine.
