Some of you are beginners
Some of you are beginners in personal development. You may have been engaged in the morning routine, meditation, getting to know yourself better, and taking responsibility for your own life for a while. Many questions and confusion can come up in the first months of your journey.
This is a video for you to see the 5 classic mistakes everybody makes in the beginning. I made every one of these mistakes that I mentioned in the video.
It doesn’t matter how many mistakes we are making on the way. What is important is to keep going.
Why I make these videos? Our daughter Joana was born with brain damage and an unknown diagnose. In November 2020, she continued her journey, and she is not physically with us anymore. In our story, you can see how I felt initially and how I feel changed over time.
