Ice cream is all time favorite dessert. The process with which we are making ice cream is pretty easy, it is egg less and you don’t need any ice cream machine. If you keep ice cream base ready, you can make ice cream of any flavor of your choice. Let’s learn to make ice cream.

Ingredients:

For Ice Cream Base:
• 1 kg Heavy whipped cream
• 800 ml Milk maid / Sweetened condensed milk

For Mango Ice Cream:
• 1 cup Ice cream base
• 1/2 cup Mango pulp

For Gulkand Ice Cream:
• 1 cup Ice cream base
• 1/4 cup Rose syrup
• 1/4 cup Gulkand

For Vanilla Ice Cream:
• 1 1/2 cup Ice cream base
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
For Choco chips Ice Cream:

• 4 cups Ice cream base
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa powder
• 2 tsp Coffee powder
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Choco chips

Method:

For Ice Cream Base:
• Take heavy whipped cream into a bowl.
• Beat on medium speed until it gets soft peak for about 2 minutes.
• Beat on high speed for about 4 minutes until it gets peak.
• Beat again on high speed for 4-5 minutes until it gets stiff peak.
• Add condensed milk. Blend again to mix condensed milk and
 whipped cream well.
• Ice cream base is already.

For Mango Ice Cream:
• Take ice cream base into a bowl.
• Take a mango and peel it. Take its pulp and blend it in blender.
• Do not add any sugar or milk while blending.
• Add mango pulp in base and mix well.
• Transfer the mixture into a plastic container and close the lid.
• Keep the container in freezer to set over night.

For Gulkand Ice Cream:
• Take ice cream base into a bowl. Add rose syrup and mix well.  
• Take gulaknd and separate it. Add gulkand and fold with mixture.
• Transfer the mixture into a plastic container and close the lid.
• Keep the container in freezer to set over night.

For Vanilla Ice Cream:
• Take ice cream base into a bowl and add vanilla extract. Mix well.
• Transfer the mixture into a plastic container and close the lid.
• Keep the container in freezer to set over night.
For Choco chips Ice Cream:
• Heat up milk in a pan.
• When milk begins to boil add cocoa powder and coffee powder.
 Mix well. No lumps of cocoa powder should be formed.
• When mixture boils add sugar and mix well again.
• Boil until the syrup becomes thick and creamy. Turn off the gas
 and let the syrup cool down completely.
• When the syrup cools down, add it to ice cream base.
• Blend again to mix well. Add choco chips and mix again.
• Transfer the mixture into a plastic container and garnish with
 choco chips and close the lid.
• Keep the container in freezer to set over night.
• Next day, our ice creams are already.

Tip:
• Keep the condensed milk in freeze for at least 1 day before
 adding to whipped cream. So that it becomes thick and mixture  
 doesn’t become runny on adding condensed milk.
