HOW TO MAKE A FLYING BALLOON WITHOUT HELIUM / DIY HELIUM BALLOON

Simple and easy to make a gas flying balloon without helium. I made helium balloons at home to celebrate Autism Awareness Day and I had no helium available due to Curfew lockdown as a result of Covid 19. We need aluminum foil, a balloon, caustic soda, and a bottle of water.
