In the first step we will make boondi's. first soak 125gram white lentils in the water for about 2hrs. then pour them in a juicer blender & add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 pinch of salt & 1 pinch of baking soda and grind all the ingredients properly. Now pour the lentil mixture in a bowl, take a deep pan n pour oil for deep fry when the oil become hot... make the small size of boondi's n make them deep fried when it becomes golden brown pour all the boondi's in the water for around 2 minutes when the boondi's absorbed water take them out from the water in a platter. In the second step we will prepare yougurt by mixing sugar, salt & 1/2 cup of milk. when the sugar dissolved properly our yougurt will be ready. In the final step we will add boondi's into the prepared yougurt n mixed them properly. Masala: In the last part of the video, we will prepare dahi bara's masala. we will take 3 tablespoon of red chilli buttons, 2 tablespoon of whole dry coriander, 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of salt & half teaspoon of white salt. now grind all the spices in a blender & our masala will be ready.
