UPDATE !! : See this new video that shows you how to run Run VBA on SharePoint using Power Automate :  Run VBA on SharePoint Online for Exce...
That new video shows you how to run VBA in unattended mode. That is, without even having to log in.
In the meantime you could try using Office Scripts:
Whilst on SPO the Excel file is secured by data protection and MS governance rules. If another user edits or views the file whilst it is being edited by demoed VBA they will see the other user's icon and be presented with a "new version exists" message and/or be unable to edit it.  Office Scripts can run on the Excel file without it having to be opened in the Excel App. I understand MS are working on the desktop version of Office Scripts as we speak. This means you will not need VBA, at all, in any circumstances, assuming this does becomes a reality. As an additional note: because onPremise computing (hardware and software) is now becoming unaffordable and environmentally damaging (cloud computing shares hardware, power resources, etc whereas personal-onPremise does not!) it means we should be reducing our usage, anyway, of VBA for that reason also.  With less and less usage of onPremise software this, logically, implies all existing VBA macros, across the world, will, eventually, need to be rewritten into Office Scripts. Because there are millions upon millions of VBA macros currently in use and some of a critical nature, this is task that must be started not only with urgency but with the utmost care. There is a revolution underway. Office Scripts is the prince who will become the king of the new cloud-based Microsoft Office Suite world.
