2023 NCAA North Regional Cross Country Championships

The North Region in NCAA Division 3 is one of the strongest, if not the strongest in the nation for cross country. 31 teams on the women’s side and 34 teams on the men’s side compete for a ticket to the national championships in Carlisle, PA (Well, technically Newville, PA). While only one school will automatically qualify, teams compete for the 22 at large berths divided across the 10 total regions...
