the title "Mother of God" is associated with the dogma of the Incarnation, which asserts that Jesus, being both fully divine and fully human, was conceived in the womb of Mary. Rooted in the concept of the Incarnation, God took on human flesh in the person of Jesus Christ. Therefore, as the mother of Jesus, Mary is regarded as the Mother of God.
