EP 30 - Storm in Charleston

Before we left Wilmington, our plan was to go directly to St Augustine, Florida but due to a predicted storm we decided to duck in to Charleston to get away from the worst of it. Due to a last minute decision though, Charleston City Marina only had a spot available on the outer dock more suited for mega yachts but having no other choice, we took it. In hindsight, we wondered if the adjoining anchorage might have saved us from the damage Lady Aquitaine sustained not only by the storm but a runaway boat.
