How to make Fishball(Sardines in Can)

Fishball is a filipino street food consumed by many. You can find it most of the time infront of school or wet markets. Anywhere possible when it has crowd. That hot food straight from Manong vendors bubbling cooking oil put in a bamboo skewer and dip in different kind of sauces of your own choice. Very nostalgic. During my childhood year I remember you can have 4 fishballs for only 1 peso! Amazing! But now of course it increased!I’m not sure how much tho but anyway so today as I craved from this little treat, join me as we prepare our own fishball.😊

Ingredients
1 can of sardines(any brand)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornflour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Knorr liquid seasoning
1 tsp salt
1tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp magic sarap seasoning (optional)
1 Medium size onion minced
5 cloves of garlic
Chopped spring onion(optional)
2-4 Tablespoons of water
Oil for frying
