This is a great BEGINNERS guide to getting your splits!
Those stretches are targeted on hip mobility,
hamstring and thigh flexibility. This is necessary to slide into a front split.

This is a great routine to include into your daily life if getting splits is your goal! There is no equipment needed, soooo let's start! :)
