If iCUE or windows won't
If iCUE or windows won't detect your corsair RGB controller or other devices, check out this basic, but perhaps long winded, discussion on things you might try to get it working again.
These steps can apply to many corsair devices, but primarily I had the Commander PRO, Commander CORE XT, Commander CORE, Lighting node PRO, Lighting node CORE in mind when I made this.
There are many ways to troubleshoot these controllers and the problems that may arise, this video is intended to troubleshoot issues where the controllers are not being recognized.
It's not intended to be a step by step fix for any specific problem, but general information to help you work through the problem.
