Welcome to my channel. Today, im going to make the BEST HMONG EGG ROLLS for all you egg rolls LOVER'S, including myself 😁..
This is the way I like to make them, just simply and delicious. For leftovers, if any left storage in the freezer for up to a month. To reheat, take them out and refried them for a few minutes.They are even more crisper the second time of deep frying 😋. For the peanut butter sauce storage in an airtight container up to a couple of weeks.

Ingredients

2lbs  Ground Pork
1 pkg Rice Vermicelli Noodle (Bean Thread)
2 cups  Cabbage
2 cups  Carrots
1 chopped Yellow Onion
1 cup  Shredded Jicama
1 Bunch Cilantro
2 1/2tsp  Sea Salt
1tsp  Black pepper
2tbsp  Oyster sauce
2 Eggs
1 Egg York
40ct Egg Roll Wrappers
Oil  for deep frying

For Dipping Sauce
4  Thai chili peppers   more or less
3  Cloves, minced
1 cup  Chicken Broth
1 cup  Hosin Sauce
1/4 cup  Creamy Peanut butter
1tsp  Sugar
1/2tsp  Lime juice   more or less
Minced Cilantro to garnish
Chopped Peanuts to garnish
