If your game disc is
If your game disc is stuck inside your PS5, it could be because of a mechanical problem.
It could also be some sort of obstruction (kids put coins in the drive slot, credit cards, toast...all sorts..)
Also, if your PS5 has stopped reading your games, I'll show you how to get at the laser to give it a good clean.

Here's how to get inside your PS5 console and remove the disc, and any objects rammed inside the drive.
