Daniel Ingram is a meditation teacher, author of the acclaimed book Mastering the Core Teachings of the Buddha, creator of The Dharma Overground, Board Chair of the 501(c)(3) registered charity Emergence Benefactors, and an early member of the EPRC (Emergent Phenomenology Research Consortium). Daniel is an emergency room physician and holds an M.D., M.S.P.H. in Epidemiology, and B.A. in English Literature all from UNC Chapel Hill.
