200 grams Hard Cheese
5 Cloves Garlic
150 mililiter Sour Cream
pinch Salt
pinch Pepper

Instructions

This recipe is so simple to make, that it requires just a few steps. First of all, prepare all of your ingredients. It is best to shred your cheese at home and crush all the garlic using a garlic press.
In a big mixing bowl, add the cheese and garlic.
Add in sour cream, salt, pepper, and, if you prefer, herbs.
Using a spatula, mix all ingredients into one combined paste or dip.

Cheese - use any type you like
Shredded cheese - shred your hard block cheese at home to avoid starches, usually part of pre-shredded cheese in shops.
Sour cream - can be replaced with Greek yogurt or cream cheese
Dip - add a bit more sour cream
Spread - add a bit less sour cream
