How to Plot 8 Digit Grid Coordinates

I'll demonstrate a few errors I've seen people make when it comes to plotting points so you can understand the consequence of these errors and help prevent you from making the same mistakes.  I'll also leave off with how to determine a grid azimuth as well. The process to plot an 8 digit coordinate is an easy step that can help ensure you can determine distance and direction correctly before setting out on your land navigation or orienteering course.
