This normal performance at the ABC Cinema at Hull, England was forever captured by British Pathe for a short film, " A Rolling Stone Gathers No Moss ".  Footage from before and after the concert was captured, and I have done my best to sync that footage to pre-existing audio as none exist from this era of the Stones.

Their setlist consisted of :
"Not Fade Away"
"I Just Want To Make Love To You"  - 2:21
"Walking The Dog"
"If You Need Me"
"Around and Around" - 0:00
"I'm A King Bee"
"I'm Alright" - 2:43
"It's All Over Now" - 2:48

For "Around and Around", unlike syncing it to the audio in the film, which is the studio version anyway. I synced it to the TAMI show performance later 1964. For the video, the single camera version is very low quality, and all the decent quality clips were cut up. So I tried my best to patch them up to the mute video British Pathe has on their channel.
"I Just Want To Make Love To You" was synced to the NME 64 performance, besides BBC recordings, this is (for now) the only live performance of this song. For the "I'm Alright" and "It's All Over Now",  they have been synced to their TAMI show recordings.

The balcony footage cuts towards the end, so I placed an image of the Rolling Stones playing "It's All Over Now" just 7 days prior at Chester. (It's that song because as far I'm concerned, I believe there's only one song from the entire stones Catalog where Mick, Keith, and Brian all sing.)

It's unlikely that British Pathe will reveal anything more to the public without an actual licensing of the film. And finally this proves for at least one point in the Stones long history, that Brian Jones was indeed confident singing to a crowd of Two-Thousand Plus.
