Chapli Kebab is a very famous dish in Northern Pakistan and its loved and enjoyed most during the winter days. It is easy and extremely delicious food loved by everyone. It is also a dish to serve at the parties or to the guests. it is not only easy to make but easy to serve and eat. You can make it as spicy as you like and serve with salad and chutney with flatbread or naan. Also it is shallow fried with using minimal amount of cooking oil.  






Ingredients:
- Beef mince ( Qeema )
- Green chillies crushed ( Hari Mirch )
- Egg ( Anda )
- Fresh Coriander for color and beauty  ( Dhaniya )
- Ginger garlic paste  ( Adrak Paste )
- Cooking Oil
- Onion crushed and excess juice squeezed out  ( Piyaz )
- Black pepper powder ( Kali Mirch )
- Cumin seeds ( Zeera Sabat )
- Coriander powder ( Dhania )
- Chappli kebab masla optional

Once the batter is ready, make medium sized kebabs. Add 3 tbsps to the heated pan put the kebabs for frying. Turn the sides after 5 minutes to get the desired color and till its cooked. Serve hot and there you go.
