The economic and political realities of House Targaryen in the world George R.R. Martin built for Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon is fertile ground for real-life analysis; this video will assess those realities.
Time and again, the Targaryen Dynasty illuminates economic possibilities and poses deep economic questions. So here, in the debut effort of The Invisible Lens, we dig into some of those questions, such as:
What obstacles did the Targaryens face?
What led to their downfall?
What could they have done to sustains their dynasty, or built it to even greater heights?
For greater context, we spoke to Theo Burman, a journalist and winner of the Orwell Youth Prize.
