Hello, friends today we discuss some of the most beautiful times of the world. They are called Hanza or Hanga tribes located in Pakitan. They are beautiful so that even at their 80 and 70's they look very young. They credit this for the food they take which is completely vegetarian. This has increased their life expectancy and also kept their skin so Young which makes you think that they are only in their 20's or 30's.
Some well-known historians believe that the people of the tribe of Hamza are the descendants of soldiers of the Great Warrior Alexander's army. Historians argue behind this that when Alexander was on his mission to conquer the world, he had put an end to his army in the area of present Gilgit. Some of the soldiers injured in the war, who were not part of the army due to injury, have become permanent residents here. The people of present-day Hamza species are considered to be the children of these soldiers.
In today's world of technology and science, where a human being hardly survives 60 to 70 years, in this way, the life of the people of the Humza community is a perfect example of living up to the average of 120 years. These people have not come from any other planet, they are the inhabitants of the earth but their lifestyle, their attachment, and love to nature are an inspiration for us because all these things have made them capable, healthy and beautiful while ignoring nature. Most dependence on technology and indiscriminate development brought us into the current situation.
