How to create using one stencil and one stamp

If you are just starting out and don’t have a ton of supplies don’t let that stop you! Using just one stencil, one stamp and a couple other supplies you can make a lovely piece. Taping off a section is optional, you can fill your whole background. Drying between steps is also optional if you don’t have an old blow dryer, or a craft heat tool/gun, the paint will dry on its own. Use any sort of pen you have for scribble writing, keep it to what you have on hand. . .
