Weight Loss - Seated. In today’s practice, we’ll explore poses to get your body moving. You’ll only need a chair for today’s class.

Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together with me warming up to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body.

This 15 minute yoga practice will help us warm up gently and center our work on our breath and mindful movements to build strength and boost your body’s own fat burning system.

You’ll need a chair for today’s class. We’ll stay seated the entire time.
