Welcome to a quick Muay Thai Gym Thailand - Punch it Gym Tour on Koh Samui 2023! Each day starts with a cup of real Muay Thai coffee, the beans picked and roasted in the mountains of Thailand. In our own camp Café, we serve a choice of healthy delicacies from morning to evening, as well as a wide range of homemade drinks and fat and sugar-free foods.
The coffee shop also hosts an integrated Muay Thai shop, where you can check out all our Punch it equipment. If you choose to visit us as a spectator, enjoy a coffee or a light meal and watch the training sessions from the terrace, or head on straight to our fully equipped gym after breakfast or lunch.
The front office also has all the equipment you may need available and on-site registration is quick and easy. A quick change into sports gear in our changing rooms and you’re good to go!
Our focus on good health is a central principle at Punch it and we strive for you to always find a clean gym when you visit us. So much so that our cleaning team is on duty for more than 2.5 hours a day, every day.
Inside the gym you will find 10 punching bags and a boxing ring for training. Test equipment from Punch it is also included in the price for sessions. However, for hygienic reasons, we recommend using your own gear if possible.
If you book online, you will also receive a voucher for a complete set of basic equipment and recieve a 30% discount in our shop.
Before or after training we have an extensive range of fitness equipment available including free weights.
The fitness area is accessible daily and can also be used in addition to visiting our Muay Thai training.
The kids and possible future Muay Thai champions also train with us three times a week, we have created a special and safe children's area especially for them to train separately from the adults.
There is also a special Muay Thai ring in official competition size in the open air area. The ring was created using four real palm trees as corners and provides a terrific backdrop for our «Punch it Soi Fights» events, which take place at the gym once a month.
After training, take a refreshing shower on site and then enjoy an energy boost in our healthy restaurant only a few steps away.

We have equipped the café with strong WiFi and there is even a workplace with LAN internet. For your stay at Punch it you will find a booking system on our website that includes everything you need on site.
