Incredible En Caul Birth | Channel Mum

When a baby is born inside the amniotic sac, it is called an 'en caul birth'. Usually during labour the amniotic sac will burst. This is what you might know as 'the waters breaking'. But occasionally it will stay completely in tact and has to be opened after birth. It is rare, but gives us an amazing look into how baby lives inside us for 9 months.
