Khao Tom Mat Sai Kluai - Banana Sticky Rice Recipe

Banana sticky rice is made with coconut flavoured sticky rice with banana wrapped in a banana leaf and steamed to perfection. The rice is first cooked with coconut milk and is then set aside to cool. Once the rice is cooled, it is wrapped into banana leaves with a piece of ripe banana. The banana sticky rice packets are then steamed to cook the rice perfectly.
