Nio's smart driving product manager, Zhang Weifeng, highlighted that this system handles more dangerous scenarios with precise braking timing. This approach differs from traditional rule-based systems by leveraging AI to cover more scenarios.

Nio also improved its NOP+ capabilities, enhancing full-scenario navigation and visual fusion parking assistance. This update reflects a broader industry trend, with companies like Xpeng also adopting end-to-end technology.
