============= About the Video 🍁 =============
I didn't plan on posting any Runecarver parses in the end, but a member was really interrested into the build and asked me to publish it still, and anyway with the patch going out tomorrow, the set is still possibly the new BiS even post nerf, I wanted to at least share it as people knows what worked best for me to optimise his damage + it feels good to use orb/hail again.
Zos communicated on a nerf affecting the item, that damage will be reduced by 47% and removing the guaranteed burning, so it will maybe get way weaker on dummy where Zaan is king, but in raid it will pair really well with a maelstrom staff backbar to optimise your cleave, as it works in any situations where Zaan is more limitated.

🦍 Race : Dark Elf (2nd is Orc, 3rd is Khajiit - Khajiit outperforms in Solo/4 Man)

❤️ Attributes: 0 Health / 64 Stamina / 0 Magicka
🍲 Food : Green 6k Stamina Food
🍾 Potions : Essence of Spell Power

If you don't want to bother with Off-Balance, use Thaumaturge instead of Exploiter.
