This video will show you how to play 2 types of net kills in badminton. We will show you two ways both on the forehand and backhand side.
Which one to use in a match depends on the shot from your opponent. If the shot comes with spin, you would need to use the wipe technique to brush the shuttle.
If the opponent plays a shot without spin, you can do a traditional net kill, hitting the shuttle straight on the cork.
