This sounds like an odd combination but I promise you it works so well. It is also the perfect snack for picky eaters because they will never guess what's in it. It is quick, easy, crispy, and delicious to have as a snack or side dish.

Ingredients:
- 130g oats
- 2 medium courgettes
- 200ml boiling water
- 2 eggs
- 100g cheese of choice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- a pink of chili flakes (optional)
- salt & pepper to taste
For the sauce
- yoghurt (as much as you want)
- honey (as much as you want)
- salt & pepper to taste
