In this interview Tasawar Khanum tells us about her life from childhood till the recording of this interview. She was bron in Gujrat and had learned classical music from Ustad Bootay Ali Khan.
The first film in which she sang was Rangeela and she had also sung Kafian. This interview tell us alot about Tasawar Khanum that she learned alot from the contemporary musicians like Khawaja Khursheed Anwar, Master Anayat, Bakhshi Nazeer and Nisar Bazmi.
During her singing career she was also offered to act in films which she refused. At the end of this interview she tells us about her inspiration Zubaida Khanum.
